Veil & Page is a space for considered choices and quiet discovery.
We encourage all purchases to be made slowly and intentionally.

Because of the nature of our offerings, this Refund Policy exists to protect both the reader and the experience.


1. Digital Products

Most Veil & Page offerings are digital downloads, including PDFs, guided reading experiences, prompts, and related materials.

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations

  • This applies even if the file is unopened or unused

Digital content cannot be returned, and access cannot be revoked once granted.


2. Romance Book Club & Community Access

Veil & Page may offer optional access to community experiences such as a romance book club, quiet discussions, or shared reflections.

Because access is immediate and participation is optional:

  • Book club memberships, passes, or community access fees are non-refundable

  • Choosing not to participate, remain anonymous, or observe quietly does not qualify for a refund

Access may be paused or revoked if community guidelines are violated, but refunds will not be issued in these cases.


3. Optional Anonymity & Participation

Veil & Page supports optional anonymity.

Refunds are not issued based on:

  • Discomfort with participation

  • Preference for anonymity or silence

  • Emotional response to curated content

We encourage readers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


4. Physical Products 

If Veil & Page offers physical goods:

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be considered for items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


5. Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing a digital file:

  • Please contact us through our Contact Page

  • We will assist with re-delivery or access troubleshooting

Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will ensure you receive what you purchased.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks related to delivered digital products or granted community access may result in loss of access to Veil & Page offerings.


7. Changes to This Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to future purchases only.
