1. Digital Products & Community Access (No Shipping Required)

Most Veil & Page offerings are delivered digitally, including curated reading experiences, downloadable materials, and access to optional community spaces such as our romance book club.

  • Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping

  • Community access is granted digitally and is considered delivered upon purchase

  • No physical materials are mailed for digital or community offerings

Optional anonymity is always respected. Participation does not require public profiles, real names, or physical correspondence.


2. Physical Products 

When physical items are offered, Veil & Page ships with care and discretion.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page

  • Processing time does not include transit time

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout

  • We currently ship within the United States

  • International shipping availability, if offered, will be noted clearly on the product page


3. Discreet Packaging

All physical orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging whenever possible.

  • No product descriptions or reading themes are listed on the exterior

  • Return labels display the Veil & Page business name only

This supports reader privacy and optional anonymity.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal volume

Veil & Page is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned

  • Reshipment costs may apply if an order is returned due to address error


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information

  • Veil & Page cannot replace or refund packages confirmed as delivered

7. Returns Related to Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or if an item arrives damaged or defective.
